Who I am
I’m Iona.
I’m the founder of Brave Thing, a keynote speaker, the co-founder of the Soul Breathwork app and the best-selling author of Ghost - Why Perfect Women Shrink. I live my life like it’s precious and the only one I have.
The truth is, I put myself on the throne.
I want to know myself the most, create things I’m thrilled about, and glow.
I lost 20 years of my life to starving, self-hatred, and over-working hoping I’d find the glitter to make me whole.
Then I decided to come home to my Soul.
In the last three years I've quit my job as a creative director, scaled a multi-6 figure business, written a book and launched an app.
What I’m most proud of? The hard-earned love I hold for myself that floats me in the storm and, no matter what, never ever goes away. That bedrock of “I’ve got YOU” makes me brave enough to get my life mucky with my soul’s fingerprints.
In short: I’m committed to my Luminous Era.
What I’ve learned is I love helping you remember you’re the most powerful person in your life. And that no matter where you’re starting from, whether you’re in the beige wastelands, a dark hole, or polishing a diamond, all muck can turn to gold.

We meet every 2 weeks on Thursday, 3-5pm EST. When you join Luminous, you get access for 12 months: 12 breathwork sessions, 12 group coaching calls.

Yes. Ideally you use the Soul Breathwork app, you’ve done my breathwork intensive, Muck+Gold, or you’re Mirror client. If you’ve got experience with a different facilitator, that’s great. If you have no experience with breathwork, I recommend you join Muck+Gold instead, or simultaneously.

Great question. I work with all my private clients in Mirror, my Voxer coaching program. It’s also how I work with my mentor. With voice note coaching you get real-time support. In Luxe, we’ll have one day a week where all my eyes will be on you.
